 |  May 22, 2014

Israel’s Partner Communications Company has announced in a press release that the nation’s Antitrust Authority gave clearance for the operator’s network sharing agreement with wireless operator HOT Mobile.

The companies said the network sharing agreement would create a 50/50 joint venture that combines Hot Mobile and Partner Communications’ radio access network infrastructures.
