The Special Chamber for the Defense of Competition (SDC) at Peruvian regulator INDECOPI confirmed the fine imposed on the company Capri Internacional S.A. for acts of unfair competition in the commercialization of the stamp album for the Russia 2018 football world cup, known as ‘Album 3 Reyes’.
The Commission for the Control of Unfair Competition (CCD) at INDECOPI had condemned Capri Internacional SA for committing acts of unfair competition when marketing the product with the images of the players of the participating teams, without having the required authorizations.
