Taiwan/U.S.: Vice Chairman of Eagle Eyes auto light manufacturer admits to price-fixing

The vice chairman of Taiwanese auto lights manufacturer Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co. Ltd. pleded guilty to charges stemming from his involvement in an international conspiracy to fix prices on aftermarket auto lights, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. Homy Hong-Ming Hsu copped to charges in a one-count felony superseding indictment accusing him of conspiring with others to suppress and eliminate competition in the auto lights market, prosecutors said. Hsu is the fourth executive to plead guilty.
