Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a disruptive technology aiming to provide innovative and effective solutions to meet the challenges facing the world today. It is essential that such a global methodology having far-reaching effects should be crafted and supervised for public and societal well-being.
Pioneering the regulatory framework of this emerging technology and it’s derivatives is the European Union (EU), followed by China, USA, and India; all having initiated plans for tech policy amendments and guidelines. However, where do we start and what are the key elements of Regulating AI?
