Latham & Watkins was pleased to announce that David Little will join the London office as a partner in the Litigation & Trial Department. Little’s practice focuses on advising clients on a variety of complex UK, EU, and international competition law matters, including merger control, anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, litigation, and sectoral regulation.

Little has particular expertise in the media and entertainment, communications, technology, life sciences, financial services, and energy sectors. He regularly represents clients before the European Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority, and he represents clients in litigation before the European Courts in Luxembourg and the UK High Court. He also has extensive experience appearing before administrative agencies outside of the EU and UK.
