Pa.), in which a litigation class has been certified, plaintiffs’ summary judgment motion eliminated a key defense, and more than $130 million in settlements have been obtained to date.

(No. 08-cv-42, E.D.N.Y.), securing a favorable result for the client. Ms. Kenney was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Antitrust in Pennsylvania in both 2015 and 2016.
Ms. Kenney has also gained recognition for her skill and expertise in e-discovery, speaking at educational conferences such as the Georgetown University Law Center’s E-discovery Academy, where she has also served as a faculty coach, and its annual Advanced E-discovery Institute, and co-authoring a chapter in the American Bar Association’s recently released Perspectives on Predictive Coding. Ms. Kenney also advises the firm’s litigation teams in all matters relating to e-discovery.
