ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

This conference, Dynamic Competition in Dynamic Markets: A Path Forward, co-organized by Competition Policy International (CPI) and the Melbourne Law School, which hosted the event, aimed to generate a global perspective on a cutting-edge debate that first began in November 2018 at Harvard Law School. The focus of the conference was on the evolving global economy and the tech industry and its subsequent effects on competition law, policy, and economics.

The last decade has seen a growing need for innovation in many industries worldwide. Innovation certainly makes economies more dynamic and competitive, but it can pose challenges for legislative and regulatory bodies trying to keep pace with rapidly evolving businesses.

* CPI thanks the various sponsors for their support with this program. CPI always strives to deliver balanced and enriching content and conversation to benefit the antitrust community worldwide.
