ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Antitrust may be a western invention, but its principles have been adopted by countries throughout the world, including the increasingly critical Asia-Pacific region, which plays a key role in the modern integrated economy.

The dilemmas faced by practitioners, regulators and courts in the region are in many cases common to those experienced in other parts of the world, but with particular twists. Certain countries in the Asia-Pacific region apply specific antitrust (and related) concepts that differ from the Western approach.

This program addressed these issues via discussions with the Asia-Pacific experts that deal with them in practice.

All episodes are available on our CPI TV HERE and have subtitles in Korean and Japanese.
