Ensuring international alignment of national competition policy initiatives

Following on from the success of last year’s series, CPI is hosting a new set of special law & economics sessions, again focused on some the most pressing issues in the application and enforcement of competition law in the Asia Pacific region, namely Korea, India, Japan & Australia.

Towards a Competition Enabling Framework in Asia Pacific: Opportunities & Challenges ran for a week in January 2022, with events that brought together experts from the Asia-Pacific region and elsewhere, where they exchanged views on enforcement in the region, including, among other relevant things, the issues of digital platforms, and reform of India’s Competition Act
