Reforming India’s Competition Act: Considerations & Best Practices

Following on from the success of last year’s series, CPI is hosting a new set of special law & economics sessions, again focused on some the most pressing issues in the application and enforcement of competition law in the Asia Pacific region, namely Korea, India, Japan & Australia.

Towards a Competition Enabling Framework in Asia Pacific: Opportunities & Challenges will run in November/December 2021, with events bringing together experts from the Asia-Pacific region and elsewhere, where they exchanged views on enforcement in the region, including, among other relevant things, the issues of digital platforms, and reform of India’s Competition Act.
